摘要: The causative agent of heartwater, the rickettsia Cowdria ruminantium, is very poorly understood at molecular level owing to a profound lack suitable tools. We have developed an immunoaffinity chromatographic method purify C. ruminantium from host cell components and purified rickettsial cells been used prepare substantially pure DNA. This DNA has construct what we believe be first fully representative expression library.
