摘要: The adaptive immune response plays a central role in the outcome of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Indeed, spontaneous viral clearance is associated with an early neutralizing antibody as well vigorous and sustained HCV-specific CD4+ CD8+ T cell responses. In persistent HCV infection, however, all three components antiviral fail due to different evasion strategies. this chapter, we will describe successful against summarize mechanisms failure. We also highlight characteristics protective responses which key factor design efficacious vaccine.
