摘要: Abstract The magnetization (J) of a rock compressed uniaxially by σ whose axis makes an angle θ with the direction J is proved experimentally and theoretically to be presented J(θ,σ) = Jo[1− (βσ 4) × (3 cos2θ + 1)] , where Jo denotes uncompressed rock. Similarly, under uniaxial tension (T) given J(θ, T) =Jo[1+ (βT/4)(3 1)]. Here β ∼ 10−4 cm2/kg in order magnitude. An analysis remarkable land deformations associated great earthquake southwestern Japan 1946, made Fitch Scholz (1971) has shown that elastic rebound caused 320 km long fault plane 5 – 10m slip which took place off shore responsible for observed as well occurrence earthquake. Assuming definite co-earthquake variation geomagnetic declination at site on due rebound, average density ocean floor estimated about 8 · 10−3 e.m.u./cm3.
