摘要: A tissue culture procedure for the establishment, multiplication, and maintenance of genotypes birdsfoot trefoil, Lotus corniculatus L., is described. Surface sterilization followed by apical shoot-tip or node sections stem produces small shoots within 1 month. Tissue cultures are established faster from than explants, although explants favoured where surface difficult.The addition cytokinin benzyladenine in medium enhanced shoot formation tips increased number produced cultures.
