摘要: Abstract An iron deposit in which there was a thickness gradient grown ultra-high vacuum (< 10−7 torr) on hot (400°C) copper surface prepared inside the chamber. Electron micrographs of iron-copper bicrystal revealed that growth began with generation three-dimensional nuclei. These nuclei were f.c.c. and their lattices strained to give coherent copper-iron interface. The grew size as increased dislocations accommodate part misfit between γ-iron generated. mixed orientation had Burgers vectors inclined A further increase accompanied by nucleation b.c.c. (α) iron.
