摘要: Supplier performance evaluation plays a prime role in supplier quality development and controlling the cost of supply chains. In this book chapter, we present multistep approach based on fuzzy data envelopment analysis (DEA) for evaluation. The criteria are obtained using Delphi technique. hierarchy preferential relations between them developed principles analytic process (AHP). is performed analysis. Cross-efficiencies minimize distance from Ideal DMUs maximize anti-ideal DMUs. A numerical illustration provided.
