摘要: Abstract Coenzyme A thiol esters of the complete series positional isomers cis-methylene octadecanoic acid were synthesized. Their activities as substrates for acyl-CoA: phospholipid acyltransferases rat liver microsomes determined with acylglycerophosphoryl choline and ethanolamine acceptors. The results showed that discriminated between acyl-CoA in quite different ways. Certain transferred at much rates acylglycerophospholipid acceptors, suggesting enzymes acting Comparison cis-cyclopropane derivatives cis-octadecenoic presence π bonds acyl residue is not an important factor enzyme or transferring cis-acyl groups to 1 position acylglycerophospholipids. On other hand, a bond can cause higher lower transfer 2-hydroxyl depending upon location cis-functional group along chain.
