摘要: Abstract INTRODUCTIONDNA fragmentation is often necessary prior to library construction or subcloning for DNA sequencing. This protocol describes a method by nebulization, in which the fine mist created forcing solution through small hole nebulizer unit collected. The size of fragments obtained nebulization determined chiefly speed at passes hole, altering pressure gas blowing nebulizer, viscosity solution, and temperature. Nebulization easy, quick, requires only amounts (0.5-5 μg). resulting are distributed over narrow range sizes (700-1330 bp). It ligation before end-repair afterward.
