摘要: Tetragonal (t) ZrO2 precipitates in Mg-, Ca-, and Y-partially-stabilized (Mg-PSZ, Ca-PSZ, Y-PSZ) have different habit planes morphologies. These differences arise because of lattice parameters precipitate cubic (c) matrix the three systems. The approximate {001} plane oblate spheroid morphology observed Mg-PSZ are explained terms anisotropic elasticity using theory Khachaturyan. aspect ratio ∼5 these particles is used to calculate a c/t interfacial energy ∼0.15 J·m–2. aligned equiaxed Ca-PSZ twinned colonies Y-PSZ can also be this from interactions between strain fields during coarsening; may actually represent an intermediate state before formation system.
