摘要: OBJECTIVE: The study: (1) provides the first assessment of a priori measurement model and psychometric properties Organizational Social Context (OSC) system in US nationwide probability sample child welfare systems; (2) illustrates use OSC constructing norm-based organizational culture climate profiles for (3) estimates association system-level with individual caseworker-level job satisfaction commitment.
