摘要: Abstract Lithopedological and pollen successions of multilayered Paleolithic sites have been studied in the foothills Crimean mountains (the Kabazi II Buran-Kaya III sites), they demonstrate multiple environmental changes area during Late Pleistocene. The late-temperate post-temperate stages Last Interglacial are palynologically recorded Kaydaky chernozem (mollisol) at base Upper Pleistocene sequence. Two Early Glacial interstadials indicated by data overlying Pryluky pedocomplex, which is separated from soil colluvial sediments Tyasmyn cold unit. first interstadial represented a luvisol derivative, had warmer wetter climate. second interstadial, identified rendzina dated ESR between 74 85,000 yr, was drier cooler. Boreal environments existed stadial, detected two soils. climate became much colder Pleniglacial (Uday non-soil unit, pedocomplex). Middle Vytachiv pedocomplex. It consists three warm (cambisols their derivatives), stadials (non-soil beds). upper cambisol yielded radiocarbon ages 28–30,000 14 C yr BP, middle 44,000 yr ago. A cooler (38–36,000 yr) occurred them. elements broad-leaved vegetation spread refugia interstadials, whereas dry boreal climates, particularly stadial (35–31,000 yr BP).
