摘要: The measurement of ethylene concentration in the apple core is considered a good method determining OHD, but requires high accuracy and expensive equipment. production seems to be technologically easier method. During research conducted years 2003-2008, measurements were evaluated as for harvest maturity ‘Jonagored’ apples intended storage. Measurements carried out every 4-5 days starting few weeks before estimated date. Apples picked on four dates after five months loss mass, firmness, TSS TA was measured, incidence physiological disorders fungal diseases assessed sensory tests evaluate storability. Based this evaluation it determined which those OHD. After period low production, accelerated rapidly reach an average level between 10.0 12.5 ppm kg-1 hr-1 Later, rose still more sharply quickly reached several dozens hr-1. new compared with other methods used determine stage. results obtained through showed least deviation from six-year only using Streif index method, may unreliable some cultivars according literature, had comparable margin error.
