摘要: To investigate the events that lead to acute myocardial ischemia we monitored continuously ECG, left ventricular (four patients) or aortic (two pressure and great cardiac vein oxygen saturation (CSO2S) by a fiberoptic catheter in six patients with frequent anginal attacks at rest. We recorded 137 transient ischemic episodes (10 chest pain) characterized ST-segment elevation 28 episodes, depression three pseudonormalization of previously inverted flat T waves 106 episodes. The onset electrocardiographic hemodynamic changes was preceded large drop CSO2S all 135 ST-T anterior leads but not two ST on inferior leads. fall CSO2S, consistently followed signs function impairment never any detectable increase determinants consumption, probably reflects reduction regional perfusion. Thus, coronary flow may cause angina These be associated variable, often minor occasionally pain.
