摘要: ABSTRACT Objective: We determined that the Er:YAG pulsed 2.94 micron radiation was successful in removal of caries, cavity preparation, and etching prior to acid etching. Summary Background Data: The laser group compared a control which high-speed drill employed. Parameters measured included histological evaluation pulp, scanning electron microscopy surface morphology tooth, dye penetration studies, bond strength measurements, rating laser's ability remove caries form preparation. Methods: collectively evaluated 60 patients with 106 teeth both groups over 1-year period. Teeth were treated vivo then extracted immediately, at 2 days, 1 month, up assess pulpal healing, morphology, quality restoration, pain.
