摘要: The present invention relates to associative complexes of water soluble and/or dispersible polymers and polymeric fluorosurfactants, compositions methods for modifying substrates provide treated articles with surface protective properties including easier cleaning, increased stain soil repellency, resistance bio-fouling environmental contamination.
