摘要: A method and system for dynamically sizing a dedicated memory in shared buffer architecture. At initial boot, BIOS programs control register to allocate of desired size. The size the allocated is dependent on performance requirements. If after requirements change, it may necessitate change By reprogramming registers, changed without any manual manipulation internal components.
