摘要: The UK broadcast media landscape provides an interesting context to understand and explore the competitive dynamics of organizations. As industry characterized by uncertainty turbulence, this article considers process which organizations develop their strategies type analytical tools that they use underpin process. This presents findings a survey executives views on outlook for industry; influence environment has developing strategy; management levels satisfaction with these tools.
