摘要: New, noninvasive methods for the early detection of urothelial carcinomas urinary bladder are needed diagnosis, follow-up, and screening patients with cancer. Detection enzyme telomerase in urine could offer these new diagnostic possibilities. The standard technique detecting activity is telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP assay). Because instability ribonucleoprotein an aggressive medium, such as urine, investigations conducted to date have yielded nonuniform or even contradictory findings. This study compares human RNA (hTR) by reverse transcriptase-PCR (RT-PCR) TRAP assay diagnosis carcinoma bladder. Sedimented cells obtained from 30 carcinoma, 15 benign urological disorders, 3 part follow-up malignant disease, 20 healthy subjects were examined presence hTR (TRAP). In cancer, was detected only 2 specimens (7%). However, increased levels RT-PCR 25 same cases (83%). For urolithiasis tract infections, samples 4 (27%). Low expression found 15% controls. represents a promising method urine.
