摘要: A method for digital data distribution or broadcasting that takes advantage of non-deterministic (or 'opportunistic') unused bandwidth in dynamically optimized broadband broadcast systems. Digital files received from broadcasts are stored mass storage devices viewing at a later time high speed, overcoming 'last mile' narrow issues. Instead reserving particular communications channel transfer spectrum, is opportunistically 'piggybacked' onto unrelated broadcasts, using otherwise within existing channels spectrums. The source does not target the specific identifiable users contents based on their interactive requests. Data accordance with present invention may be implemented to work any medium which allows delivery large one-to-many fashion (i.e., 'broadband medium'), such as cable, satellite, terrestrial television, and computer networks broadcast-enabled sufficiently broadband.
