摘要: Pharmaceuticals present a potential threat to soil organisms, yet our understanding of their fate and uptake in systems is limited. This study therefore investigated the 14C-labeled carbamazepine, diclofenac, fluoxetine, orlistat soil–earthworm systems. Sorption coefficients increased order carbamazepine < diclofenac fluoxetine orlistat. Dissipation 14C varied by compound, for orlistat, there was evidence formation nonextractable residues. Uptake seen all compounds. Depuration studies showed complete elimination treatments partial with greater than 30% remaining tissue at end experiment.
