Rapid High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic Determination of Bleomycin A2 in Plasma

摘要: A rapid and specific method for the determination of bleomycin A2 is described. 50-μl aliquot 20% trichloroacetic acid was added to 200 μl plasma. The sample vortexed centrifuged, 50 clear supernate injected into a liquid chromatograph equipped with microparticulate reversed-phase column fixed wavelength detector. Elution carried out using methanol–acetonitrile–0.0085 M heptanesulfonic acid–acetic acid. linear calibration curve found in 0.05–5–μg/ml range an estimated precision ± 6% (CV). Preliminary pharmacokinetic data rabbit also are reported.
