摘要: In the past decade, New World common marmoset (Callithrix jacchus) has taken a seminal position in neurobiological research, fueled part by its smooth cortical sheet, which allows areas to be easily accessed current technologies on dorsal surface of brain. this protocol, we describe method for precision placement agents (e.g., tracers or neurotoxins) into small brain regions infant and adult marmoset, using an MRI-guided approach.
