摘要: A wide range of radiographic appearances have been reported in skeletal fluorosis, but little has written about the spectrum features. We evaluated this disorder to help with its diagnosis and differentiation from other metabolic disorders.One hundred twenty-seven patients clinically proved endemic fluorosis had radiographs chest, spine, pelvis, elbow, forearm, knee obtained. The findings were classified as osteosclerosis, osteopenia, intermittent growth lines, diaphyseal widening, or soft-tissue ossification. Two different osteopenic patterns defined: an osteoporotic pattern overall decreased bone density osteomalacic that combines features osteoporosis deformity.
