摘要: Abstract Prostaglandin F 2a , a normal constituent of ox brain, produced no obvious effects when injected into the cerebral ventricles four unanaesthetized cats in doses 15–100 μg per animal. In contrast closely related prostaglandin E 1 marked sedation and stupor 20 animal each these animals confirming results obtained previously with this compound. twenty chicks, intravenous injections (25–450 μg/kg) caused extension limbs sometimes neck, followed by tendency to abduct. lower (5–25 abduction was only change observed. Unlike respiratory depression little or doses.
