Reproducibility Tests of Extended X-Ray Absorption Fine Structure for Aqua and Ammine Complexes of First Transition Metals in Solid and Aqueous Solution

摘要: X-ray absorption spectra of some aqua and ammine complexes first transition metals in solid aqueous solution were measured analyzed repeatedly. The parameter values their extended fine structure (EXAFS) reproducible within about 0.01 A the interatomic distance 15% amplitude factor. Better reproducibilities obtained for samples which residuals fitting calculations small. "error bar" was also calculated according to method suggested at "International Workshop on Standards Criteria X-Ray Absorption Spectroscopy, 1988". It shown that random errors can be as small ≤0.001 ≤2% with simple coordination shell structure.
