摘要: Abstract Environmental consequences of treating horses with recommended dosages ivermectin paste were studied in two controlled experiments 29 Ohio. In 1988, dung dispersal rates measured by changes dry weight over time 48 copromes (300 g) formed from feces taken four treatment and control 3 days post treatment. There was delayed treated June, resulting significantly heavier compared those September. no difference invermectin or after August. 1989, the effects oral oxibendazole untreated controls quantified a study 21 under natural grazing conditions on 7 June. Sequential measurements pat circumferences 20 June 1989 to March 1990 showed highly significant differences between pats pats. Reductions mean diameters did not occur until 11 October, when there 4.1% reduction 35.1% for 37.2% By end study, 24.7% 59.1% 59.9% respectively. addition, more showing complete nntrol plots than plots. The calculated area lost three times greater It is suggested that environmental avermectins can be reduced rational use anthelmintics.
