摘要: Abstract In present paper, the influence of melt treatment (grain refinement and modification) heat (T6) cast LM13 LM28 aluminium alloys on machining behaviour has been reported. Alloys under investigation were prepared by controlled melting casting followed (T6). As-cast, melt-treated heat-treated investigated for characteristic at different cutting speeds. Melt both (LM13 LM28) reduced force temperature whereas increased temperature. Cutting was found higher in alloy than alloy. Maximum conditions. Heat surface roughness it. average number chips per gm. produced gm
