摘要: Phase states of lead nanoinclusions in stoichiometric telluride magnetic fields from 0 to 1 kOe are studied the region temperatures below temperature transition superconducting state (T = 1.7−6.5 K). It is shown that behave like type-I superconductors. The sizes at 1.7 K no smaller than 200 nm. experimental dependence diamagnetic additional component can be interpreted context a model takes into account existence an “intermediate” caused by geometric parameters nanoinclusions.
