摘要: Over the last decades organic molecules have gained considerable interest because they show a functionality not common to inorganic semiconductors. With help of chemistry can be designed exhibit desired properties like strong and wavelength-selective absorption, photo- electroluminescence even semiconducting properties. The construction possibilities such are almost unlimited so that ideal candidates for future molecular electronic devices.
