摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are intensely studied as candidates for diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. They naturally occurring small RNAs (approximately 22 nucleotides in length) that act regulators of protein translation. Because many diseases caused by the misregulated activity proteins, miRNAs have been implicated a number including broad range cancers, heart disease, immunological neurological diseases. A great deal effort, therefore, has devoted to developing analytical methods miRNA analysis. The consideration when selecting existing or designing new analysis includes sensitivity multiplexing capability without PCR. In this chapter, novel electrochemical strategies detection quantification will be reviewed.
