摘要: Capsaicin, which induces release of neuropeptides such as substance P from sensory nerves, stimulated mucus secretion in surgically resected human bronchi vitro. Pretreatment the tissue with opioid antagonist naloxone significantly enhanced secretion, possibly by blocking inhibitory effect opiate premedication before surgery. Capsaicin-induced was completely blocked morphine, and this reversed naloxone. Thus, nerve stimulation increases airways, might contribute to hypersecretion seen after inhalation irritants cigarette smoke. Secretion can be inhibited drugs, so they may represent a new therapeutic approach airway chronic bronchitis asthma, axon reflex mechanisms have been implicated.
