摘要: Peritonitis continues to be a complex illness that requires the coordinated efforts of timely surgical intervention, systemic antibiotic therapy, and supportive critical care management. its accompanying sequela intraabdominal abscess are frequently associated with activation inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) is commonly development multiple organ dysfunction (MODS). Many authors consider peritonitis prototypical infection MODS, although there general consensus at present time any infectious source could potentially activate SIRS lead MODS.1 The perception effective intervention in initial management patients can avoid subsequent evolution failure cascade. Some have reported reversal infection.2–4 This chapter summarizes significant aspects treatment constellation diseases called peritonitis.
