摘要: The use of microelectrodes for the extracelular recording bioelectrical signals generated in interior excitable tissue (neurons), is one most important techniques study peripheral and central nervous system at cellular level. It has been demonstrated that manufacture integrated circuits permits to obtain planar (PME’s) with a high degree control area dimensions, geometry interelectrodes spacings, as well sharpened insertion profile uniform roughen free walls. In this report, are presented various stages basic electrical characterization manufactured devices, including methodology, used equipment, experimental assembly proposal packaging.
