Localization of calcium on the stigma surface of Ruscus aculeatus L. : Studies using chlorotetracycline and X-ray microanalysis.

摘要: By use of chlorotetracycline and X-ray microanalysis it is demonstrated that the receptive surface stigma Ruscus aculeatus rich in calcium. The high level calcium found epidermal cells exudate covering stigma. These results indicate vivo, as vitro, takes part regulation pollen grain germination.
