摘要: Polymer blends with varying amounts of recycled poly(vinyl chloride) (PVCr) and acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) have been developed to produce thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs). The effects dynamic vulcanization glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) on mechanical thermal properties, swelling index morphology properties the were studied. prepared at 150 °C using a rotor speed 50 rpm for 11 min. It was found that cross-linking has enhanced peak stress, stress 100% elongation, stability resistance dynamically vulcanized PVCr/NBR+GMA compared PVCr/NBR blends. introduction cross-links into elastomer phase better compatibility between PVCr NBR are responsible enhancement blends, as evidenced by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) extracted surfaces
