摘要: Systems development in social care has tended to focus on collecting management information and supporting administrative processes, creating few benefits for practitioners a consequent reluctance them effectively engage with technologies. This paper considers the findings from recent case study which examined role of services England. It focuses an analysis assessment activity, examines tensions between needs practice those processes within it sits. The explores opportunities challenges that lie developing systems will support as well meeting needs, concludes better understanding these issues lead more effective technologies care.
