摘要: In high-speed networks with a large bandwidth-delay product, it is very important to effectively control outstanding packets at the source avoid network breakdown due buffer overflows. We propose new rate-based flow scheme that aims of best-effort traffic instead guaranteed traffic. Our directly controls rate which can send based on feedback information determined by both average queue length and dynamics (queue increase or decrease). show through analysis simulation fluctuations proposed be made much smaller than those conventional scheme, binary length. Therefore, efficient resource utilization better throughput/delay performance easily achieved.
