摘要: Droplet microfluidics is a powerful platform for high-throughput single-molecule protein analysis. However, the issues of coalescence and crosstalk droplets compromise accuracy detection hinder its wide application. To address these limitations, novel colloidosome-based method was presented by combining Pickering emulsion with droplet Utilizing self-assembly easily synthesized colloidal surfactant F-SiO2 NPs at water/oil interface, colloidosomes are rigidly stabilized can effectively avoid leakage fluorescent molecules. The crosstalk-free enable analysis, including heterogenous dynamic studies digital detection. As robust accurate method, promising as tool variety applications, such directed enzyme evolution, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), screening antibiotics.
