摘要: Few anatomical textbooks offer much information concerning the anatomy and distribution of phrenic nerve inferior to diaphragm. The aim this study was identify subdiaphragmatic nerve, presence ganglia, possible connections celiac plexus. One hundred thirty formalin-fixed adult cadavers were studied. right found diaphragm in 98% with 49.1% displaying a ganglion. In 22.8% there an additional smaller ganglion (right accessory ganglion). remaining 50.9% had no grossly identifiable Most (65.5% specimens) exhibited plexiform communications ganglion, aorticorenal suprarenal gland. left observed 60% specimens 19% containing No ganglia observed. several 71.4% specimens. Histologically, contained large soma concentrated their peripheries. Both nerves closely related diaphragmatic crura. Surgically, sutures approximate crura for repair hiatal hernias must be placed above order avoid iatrogenic injuries autonomic supply abdomen. These findings could also provide better understanding fibers that supply.
