摘要: Diabetes is one of the major health challenges in United States and worldwide. There are ~8.3 % Americans have diabetes, with type 2 diabetes accounts for 95 cases. Both human animal studies suggested that air pollution an important environmental risk factor metabolic syndrome. However, underlying mechanism largely unknown. Recent indicate multiple system mechanisms involved this process. In chapter, we will summarize both epidemiological experimental evidence showing promotive effect on diabetes.
