摘要: The present paper deals with the optimal sizing of CMOS positive second-generation current conveyors (CCII+) employing an optimization algorithm. A contemporary non-gradient stochastic algorithm, called bacterial foraging (BFO) has been employed to obtain physical dimensions constituent PMOS and NMOS transistors CCII+. problem cast as a bi-objective minimization problem, where we attempt simultaneously minimize parasitic X-port input resistance (R"X) maximize high end cut-off frequency signal (f"c"i). results have presented for large selection bias currents (I"0) our proposed algorithm could largely outperform similar recently proposed, particle swarm (PSO) also differential evolution (DE)
