摘要: Enabling interoperation between workflows, and web services, continues to be a fundamental challenge. This paper proposes new approach based on hubs that are designed using "business artifacts", data-centric paradigm for workflow business process specification. The artifact-centric focused primarily facilitating communication business-level synchronization relatively autonomous stakeholders (and stakeholder organizations). Interoperation provide centralized, computerized rendezvous point, where can read or write data of common interest check the current status an aggregate process, from which they receive notifications about events interest. describes approach, including extended example, access restrictions placed stakeholders, some preliminary theoretical results, discussion work towards prototype system supports hubs.
