摘要: Abstract A P4-chitinase genomic sequence was isolated from a bean ( Phaseolus vulgaris ) library using P4-ch cDNA. The complete of the gene determined. Primer extension analysis allowed identification transcriptional start site located 79 bp upstream translational initiation codon. is interrupted by an intervening sequence. In 5′ region, TATT box occurs in place TATA at position −33, while typical CAAT found −33 with respect to transcription site.
