摘要: The cities keep developing rapidly all over the world. Urban-related disciplines are striving to enhance new theoretical concepts up with these changes. Various researchers commonly claim that outcomes generated traditional planning techniques fall short in providing livability of urban space and design quality. Unstable structure regulations causes frequent changes tools rules applied spatial planning. These make it harder investigate indirect consequences would take place on long term. On other hand, information-based increasingly offering remarkable for practices. Especially novel semantic 3D modelling field workflows aiding phase. Procedural steps forward, as quite can be produced by means operations identify small data entries procedural codes. In this study, codes identified current legislation Turkey converted into parameters. Then, implementation plan selected is transformed an interactive framework. Plan interpreted two different alternatives within parametric system. After alternative designs modelled compliance criteria specified regulations, quantitative evaluation models conducted. Consequently, response capacity three-dimensional GIS based system urbanization policies investigated. Additionally, opinions utilization framework sustainable practices expressed.
