摘要: Abstract The capabilities provided by decision support systems (DSS) can have a significant impact on the usefulness and satisfaction DSS. A questionnaire was sent to nonacademic members of Institute Management Sciences in an effort identify characteristics common Analysis indicated that five different categories DSS could be identified. Each these user with unique set ranging from simple data retrieval fully integrated also identified this study mapped easily onto Alter's taxonomy. By utilizing taxonomy results obtained study, builder is starting point for development future
