摘要: Abstract The major structural imbalance in the current global food scene — surpluses developed countries and deficits developing offers opportunity for substantial progress assuring security both long short run. To avail of this requires an understanding close connection between supplies purchasing power to purchase food. Massive investment rural infrastructure is a component long-term security. Since efficiently produced by labor-intensive processes, as wage good important input, economy would appear be under-using it from efficiency point view. In run, food-for-work immediate increase security, do subsidy programs. It essential that large complex institutions if result increased will take time develop those structures, even though available now.
