摘要: The present study was carried out to evaluate the dermal toxicity of topically administered rice bran supercritical CO2 extract (RB-SCE; 500, 1,000, and 2,000 mg/kg) in male female rats when given as a single dose 4-week repeated dose. In all that underwent single-dose test, there were no abnormal changes clinical signs or body weight deaths gross necropsy findings related RB-SCE. Based on above results, LD50 is >2,000 mg/kg both sexes. RB-SCEassociated with respect external signs, urine blood, organs. no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) RB-SCE thus considered be mg/kg/day for sexes target organ. can regarded very safe agent topical administration at moderate
