摘要: To study interactions between platelets and the fibrinolytic system, we examined effects of human plasmin on washed by gel filtration. Plasmin concentrations that did not affect platelet shape change, release, or aggregation (less than 1.0 caseinolytic units [CU]/ml) caused a dose- time-dependent inhibition in response to thrombin, ionophore A23187, collagen. Complete loss occurred at 0.1-0.5 CU/ml plasmin. In parallel dose-dependent manner, likewise inhibited ionophore, collagen-stimulated thromboxane B2 production. contrast, neither nor formation induced arachidonate was pretreatment platelets. blocked thrombin-induced release [3H]arachidonic acid from membrane phospholipids oxygen burst. However, inhibit arachidonate-induced Inhibition arachidonic mediated increase cyclic AMP. These results suggest inhibits function, least part, blocking mobilization phospholipid pools. The may contribute hemostatic abnormalities seen pathologic pharmacologic fibrinolysis.
