摘要: We detected an unusual placental lake under the membranes between two lobes of a placenta bilobate with turbulent blood flow in it. This was extraordinary maternal lake: simply accumulation inside intervillous space area where villous structures were absent lobes. The reduced size and became almost invisible during Braxton Hicks contractions, enlarged up to its previous dimensions at end contractions. extraordinarily huge showed interesting dynamic appearance on sonographic examination. Although it caused no complications course pregnancy produced obstetric hemorrhage, which took place second stage delivery. Pathologic examination confirmed diagnosis bilobate. present clinical outcome this paper.
