摘要: Tendon stem cells constitute a heterogeneous population of and progenitor that is involved in tendon formation healing. The basic understanding the interactions between their surroundings can enable development improved regenerative therapies. In this chapter, main characteristics microenvironment—niche —are reviewed. particular, importance signaling molecules extracellular matrix (ECM) are highlighted, focusing on potential role regeneration.
